About
As a child, books were a constant companion. It is only fitting, then, that I turned to writing.

In elementary school and parts of high school, I spent much of my free time on message boards devoted to Harry Potter, where I had the opportunity to create characters, 'gain admission', and roleplay attending Hogwarts through their perspectives. I must have created over 5 or 6 original characters over the years, who, during their "tenure" at Hogwarts, made friends, fell in love and got into scrapes. The interplay between writing from my own character's perspective and roleplaying with other humans writing from their own, was an experience truly unmatched. It was my early nurturance into the world of creative writing. My grade 10 English teacher read my short story in class because she was so impressed with it.
Somewhere along the way, when adulthood found me, writing fell by the wayside, abandoned. Though I'd always return to it again, albeit in short spurts, usually at my most emotional moments.
I've recently taken up fiction writing again - some of which, perhaps, may find their way here.
What this is is a space to return to my roots.
